Boil
- 1 oz - Sterling 7.4% AA - 60 minute
- 1 oz - Sterling 7.4% AA - 30 minute
- 2 oz - Styrian Goldings 12.9% AA - 0 minute
- 1 oz - Nelson Sauvin 12% AA - 0 minute
Yeast
- 1 packet of Imperial Monastic (#B63)
Brew Steps
Standard 60 minute mash at 154, fly sparge at 168 and boil for 90 minutes. Hops follow schedule and steep 0 minute addition for 15 min.
Single stage fermentation at 68 - 70 for 14 days, rack to keg and cold condition for 14 days then carbonate at 12.5 PSI
