  • 8 oz - Crystal 10L
  • 8 oz - Crystal 20L
  • 1 lb - Belgian Candi Sugar 5 srm - 60 minute

Boil

  • 1 oz - Sterling 7.4% AA - 60 minute
  • 1 oz - Sterling 7.4% AA - 30 minute
  • 2 oz - Styrian Goldings 12.9% AA - 0 minute
  • 1 oz - Nelson Sauvin 12% AA - 0 minute

Yeast

  • 1 packet of Imperial Monastic (#B63)

Brew Steps

Standard 60 minute mash at 154, fly sparge at 168 and boil for 90 minutes. Hops follow schedule and steep 0 minute addition for 15 min.

Single stage fermentation at 68 - 70 for 14 days, rack to keg and cold condition for 14 days then carbonate at 12.5 PSI
