  • 12 lbs 12 oz - Belgian 2 row Pilsner
  • 1 lb - Belgian Candi Sugar 5 srm - 60 minute

Boil

  • 2oz - Styrian Goldings 3% AA - 60min
  • 0.25oz - Spalt - 60 min
  • 1.5oz - US Saaz 2.8% AA - 30min
  • 0.5oz - US Tettnang 4.5% AA - 15min

Yeast

  • 1 packet of Imperial Monastic (#B63)

Brew Steps

Standard 60 minute mash at 152, fly sparge at 168 and boil for 60 minutes.

Single stage fermentation at 68 - 70 for 14 days, rack to keg and carbonate at 12.5 PSI
